replace wc, disguise cistern access with shaker style panelling, add dado rail and shelf, tile and paint

Before work started, a very large and crude
access cupboard dominated the room
Shaker style panelling added to disguise
the cistern access and Dado added
New WC installed. splashback replaced,
floor tiles renovated decorated
